Her appointment was scheduled within 2 weeks of our first call, the office staff emailed me her intake forms to provide her a better experience, and the entire staff had an excellent attitude when interacting with her.. My mother is a Spanish speaker, going into her senior years, and she was afraid she wouldn't be understood and her symptoms would be dismissed as ordinary. We now have labs scheduled within a day of her visit. Best of all, staff cross referenced her insurance so everything would be covered.
