She cancelled appointment a lot. When I used her online scheduling I would find that she would always cancel it. Tried 3 times with online scheduling every time it was canceled. Now it's not even available to schedule with. Then I finally get an appointment and then she refuses service. So frustrating and I'm angry that I drove up their 2 times having it cancelled on me. Both times such waste time and energy. Now I'm out Money because I can't seem to get a refund from Groupon even though she didn't honor the voucher. (Response) I spent 70 dollars on voucher that I can't get refunded because it's passed 3 days policy for Groupon. Your special pricing is 90 dollars. So don't get were crazy discounts coming from. I don't appreciate being called a liar. Or made out to be someone trying rip you off. My very first appointment I went online. I made it Myself through your online service. I set it up for Sunday. I drove to your facility. I set out there for 30 minutes. I tried calling you And nobody answered. I finally gave up drove home to receive an email saying that you don't know how that happened. It must have been an error in your system. Then you rescheduled me. I was able to get an appointment then. Use the voucher that I got for Christmas from a friend. Then I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt accidents happen. I went and I said hey I'm not a rich girl. $70 is reasonable for a massage. $90 is overpriced $200 out most people budget. So I bought a voucher off Groupon. This time using my own money it wasn't a gift. I went back to your online service set up an appointment for Wednesday at noon. I got a text message at 10:00 asking if I can move the appointment up to an 11:00 That you had another client and you would like to go back to back. I said I couldn't because I had other arrangements. You said that's fine. See you then. Next thing I know I'm getting a text saying that you don't feel good And that you're going home. And canceled my appointment. I finally get an appointment with you. I drive all the way up there and then you basically tell me you're not going to take the voucher Because you can't keep the lights on. Why are you offering a Groupon voucher? I told you the situation I received the first as a gift. I bought the second myself. I'm sorry I didn't read the fine print. But the way you treated me was horrendous. And I feel you're perfectly aware of this in your comment When you say you were expecting a bad review. The way you respond to me you act as though I was trying to rip you off. When all I was trying to do was use a voucher that I spent $70 on. I'm not getting free service. Don't even understand what the hell you're talking about. Then you accuse me of being a liar. You think you be happy to have repeat customer. Sorry you feel my money not good because I'm not rich. I stand by my review 100%. I feel people should be warned that you cancel a lot. And that you don't want to honor the vouchers because you feel like you're being ripped off even though you're the one that set it up. For advertising your business it's not service To the community that would be a hairdresser giving free haircuts to people that can't afford because they have big hearts. Not charging somebody $70 To give them a $20 discount.
