Read MoreAll I wanted was a deep cleaning for a bacterial mouth infection I had just come fro the hospital being diagnosed for and what I got was 45 min of forced x-rays that hurt like hell to take and when I complained and asked what part of the treatment was this, I was told to sit back down and cooperate or it would get a whole lot harder. Instinct told me to leave then but I was anxious to clear this infection. Next, they sat me in 3 different rooms for no less than 30 min. a piece and finally I saw the dentist for 5 minutes and asked him honestly was I going to get a deep cleaning today and he said no that had to be scheduled after I chose my plan. At that point I was done with them because I set the appointment on an emergency basis coming from the ER needing a deep cleaning and what I got was some cloak and dagger sales scheme for a dental life plan that ate up $2,000 of my insurance money off the top and then tried to commit me to $5,000 more in services before I could schedule a deep cleaning. Their selling tactics are scandalous, you never quite get a grip on the real numbers you are being charged no matter how they explain them and you never find out wher your $2,000 insurance money goes. Double talk, reviews similar to mine (I’ve read several horror stories on yelp) and the senior citizen population wouldn’t stand a chance negotiating with them alone. (I wouldn’t let my parents in there without a lawyer). And to top it off, they didn’t give a hoot about my immediate need, my mouth infection.in good faith, I cannot recommend them. As a matter of fact, Beware!
