After getting hundreds of massages over the years, this one was the absolute worse. She had absolutely no idea of what she was doing. There was no manipulation of any muscles. She just haphazardly slapped cold lotion on my skin and moved up in down. It seemed to me she had no training whatsoever. It was a horrible, horrible experience. This is the first time ever I got up in the middle of the massage and walked out. Yes, it was that bad! If you ever find yourself in Smyrna, TN, do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place at all cost! To whomever runs this place, you're doing yourself and your clients a huge disservice by offering such a pathetic experience. Do yourself a favor and go back to massage school. You have no business putting your hands on anyone at this point. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Board of Massage Therapy also.
