I must say that from start to finish this Dentist office is one of the best I’ve ever been to I’ve had a horrible toothache for several months on and off and recently became unbearable I was lucky to find them Alexis was my first contact and she was extremely helpful she answered all the questions I needed answers to which mainly included if they took my dental insurance the moment she gave me the good news we started all the paperwork unfortunately she only able to scheduled me for the following week I’m not sure what happened in the span of 20 min a last minute cancellation or God himself but they gave me a call after reviewing my X-rays and asked if I could go in 40 min later I was in their beautiful office from the moment you walk in you feel welcome she knew who I was before I even locked eyes with her and I was in a bit of shock I get pretty freaked out being at the dentist but they all made me feel more comfortable they were able to remove the teeth that needed to be out that same day Erin made me feel super comfortable while I waited for Dr.Nguyen they put on Greys Anatomy and Encanto to help sooth me provided me with a stress ball and blanket to calm my nerves considering I was a last minute addition to their schedule there was a bit of a wait but the actual surgery was not super long Dr.Nguyen was amazing and very nice he was extremely helpful made sure I knew all my options before I made any decisions provided me with details no one else had in the past Becka provided me all the information with my post op and was nice teacher her and Dr.Nguyen the Signs for yes and no. I was able to set my next two appointments with the girl at the front desk she helped me ensuring to make the appointments work around my schedule. I was so out of it by the end I ended up forgetting my care bag and Dr.Nguyen went above and beyond and came to my house to deliver it to me to ensure I had everything I needed. This morning I was woken up by a call from the office to see how I was doing and remind me of my post-op care to ensure I have a good and safe recovery smoothies and soups is all I’ll have for the next couple of days and yet I crave a hamburger thanks again to the whole team can’t wait to be back and super glad I found them.
