Wait time is always at least 30 minutes no matter the time of your appointment. Was told this is because they are a specialist facility, so they can't tell how long a prior patient's appointment will take. Really? They know why the patient is there, right? Surely, they can do a better estimate of how long that appointment will take, and give patients a more accurate appointment time!
Worse, I had asked if I could have a phone appointment as I was just going to get test results. Was told yes and had an appointment set. Got a voicemail asking if I could change said appointment time. But when I called the office, I was told by someone else that they didn't even have me on the books for that day! What?? This person also said, no they don't do any phone appointments, so I would have to go in in person. Fine, but why was her colleague telling me something completely different then?? So now, I'll have to go in, wait over 30 minutes, just to have a 10 minute sit down to get test results.
