Great place to workout. Gym is always clean, lots of heavy lifting equipment, staff is helpful and friendly, and it opens earlier than most gyms in the area.

AWESOME STAFF and GREAT ATMOSPHERE . If you REALLY want a good workout come to the ZOO now known as APEX GYM. Enough equipment to satisfy everyone needs/wants. Only con: the sauna is too small.
