I called ahead to ask about the process for a blood draw, including what to bring and their hours of operation. After driving two hours to get there before closing, I was told they couldn’t perform the service because FedEx had already picked up for the day, and the sample needed to be sent out immediately. This critical detail was never mentioned during my call. Complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating!
