Read MoreI don’t want to drop ur ratings- but today multiple customers were turned away before closing time because whoever was working didn’t feel like staying open until 6pm. We love y’all and choose to support your business over the larger corporations. But this happens a lot and I get that they don’t wanna stay open if it’s a slow day and all that. But your hours are set on Google and if we come there before closing,even if it’s 5 minutes before closing time,we should t be turned away. This seems to be the only route to go so it can be addressed bcuz anytime I’ve called to make sure y’all are gonna be open, im met with an attitude from the store associates and it’s not fair to people who go out of their way to get thru the crazy work traffic on their way home to make it to you before you close just to be turned away because it’s 5 minutes until closing time. If this review doesn’t get seen and they keep turning people away before closing time,I guess the next step is to come up and wait around until Danny is there and talk to him about it. Just stay open for the hours you have posted on Google and don’t turn loyal paying customers away bcuz you’re too lazy to wait until closing time to actually close
