Read MoreFirst, let me declare my experience with Dr. Thakur's office, which is the reason for my review. I am not sure they could be much more disconnected from the concept of time. For example on at least 5 occasions (today being the fifth) they have scheduled me for a phone interview, then we have confirmed it, and I made myself available at the appointed time, only to be left sitting with no call by the office to connect me to the doctor (whose care I have nothing but praise for). But, as Dr. Thakur is responsible for the supervision of the office staff, the review stands.
As I type this, we are now 90+ minutes past the appointment time and counting. I have other things to do, and so will take off to do those, and keep my cell by my side.
By the way, that last time Dr. Thakur's office did this (recently as a matter of fact) I complained directly to the doctor as well as the office staffer. Clearly no impact was made.
