I was always met with smile, warmth and courtesy by his welcoming staff. They are professionally trained and understood how to put the patient at ease and feel relaxed. The staff are engaging and I was always extended an excellent customer service at all times. The communication between the staff and the patient is excellent. During my treatment, it was clearly explained to me what to expect, what happens next hence, I was aware of what is going to take place. I was treated with respect and my comfort level is addressed. The office is well organized, the treatment room is very clean and Dr Chalak’s credentials are visible, which is very impressive, it speaks of his knowledge and expertise in dental implants. He knows how to speak with his patients, communicates clearly the treatment plans and the cost involved so no surprises along the way. It earned my trust and confidence in him. He does follow up calls after surgery. That says a lot.
