This is my dentist since 2016 since they were located on el cajon blvd, and recently they moved to this location. So far, this is my favorite dentist. The clinic is cozy and looks beautiful and feels like a home. Also the staff here are friendly and always make sure you get the best appointment time that suits you. The doctors here are awesome and are doing a good job. I would also like to thank doctor Robert for taking care of my tooth since 2016.

I had my first visit here as a new patient and everything was GREAT!! It was easy to schedule and the office is very accommodating to schedule changes and any other needs. I needed to bring my 2 kids due to lack of childcare and they safely accommodated me to be able to get my cleaning. My hygienist was Allyson and I saw Dr. Fern. We highly recommend the dentistry you get at Allison Ave Dental. I started with Dr. Santoro years ago after a friend recommended him because I was fed up with years of bad dentistry for my family. What an amazing difference! Both dentists are great! The work done is top notch and the atmosphere is relaxed and still run efficiently. The staff are all very friendly and very professional. Because it is such a busy office it is recommended to schedule regular visits early. However, I have had my share of emergency appointments for one reason or another over the years and they have graciously fit me into their busy schedule as soon as they could. If it was something that required it, they got me in immediately.
We love our hygienist Edith. But we feel equally comfortable with either dentist or any of the staff there and are confident that we will get the best care from everyone at this fine dental practice.

Everyone in the office is so attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone helped me find out what worked for my schedule. Dr. Fern is by far the BEST dentist I have ever gone to. I've always been in and out of new dental offices because of slightly painful filings or cleanings. I just had both done here at Alison Ave Dental and I don't want to go anywhere else ever again. I didn't even feel the numbing needle go in my gums! I've never experienced a painless filling before until today. Best staff. Best doctor. Best experience. I would highly recommend you come here for your next dental cleaning.

When I tell you that this place is just the best! My husband has gone here for years and I began going a couple years ago, after having the amazing good fortune of chipping my front tooth on New Year's Day. They got me in super quickly and got an impeccably matching crown on my tooth immediately. Just this past Friday, I decided to eat some gummy Easter candy and could tell immediately after taking a bite that something was wrong. The crown dislodged and I began my frantic calling. It was after hours on Friday afternoon and I was resigned to going the entire weekend with a hole in my mouth. But the after hours line got my message over to Dr. Fern and he turned around immediately and met me at the office where he got my tooth back in. Saved my entire weekend.
I have severe dental anxiety due to a broken jaw at the age of 8 that leaves me with limited opening and years of dentists yelling at me to open wider when I just physically cannot. This office is so patient, has always worked incredibly with the opening I can do, and is so gracious about giving me breaks to relax my jaw when I need to. They're the best and I can't recommend them enough.
