I just called for a first time appt. The receptionist asked "only" what insurance I have. When I told her Wellcare, she hung up on me!! Thinking it was an error, I called her back. She said we were not disconnected, we don't take your insurance and hung up on me again!!! Little does she know that Wellcare is DentaQuest and they do take it. If she were not so rude and was professional she would have found that out. Regardless she should have not been rude after only seconds on the phone. Dr Allen will hear about this! His receptionist is running your patients away! Wow! What a crazy experience! Wellcare is going to notify their supervisor to in turn notify Dr Allen. A little kindness goes a long way.
