Without clear explanation or prior consent, I was charged $110 for a “desensitizing resin” that I was not informed about beforehand. Additionally, I was surprised to be given anesthesia for such a small edge chip—something that typically doesn’t warrant numbing.
To make matters worse, the dental assistant was noticeably clumsy and ended up spilling water on me during the procedure, which only added to an already unpleasant experience. And despite scheduling a cleaning in advance, I was told midway through the appointment that it could not be done because they were “too busy,” and I would have to come back another day.
This visit felt disorganized, inattentive, and inconsiderate of my time and expectations. I left feeling like I had wasted a day and paid for services I didn’t ask for. I won’t be returning.
