The team at ABQ Periodontal & Implant Specialists exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff worked together seamlessly to create a friendly, professional, and reassuring environment. Ashley was a huge help—she found me an appointment quickly (more than once) and clearly explained several flexible payment options that made things less stressful.
Dr. Sun provided a thorough exam and gave me time to consider my treatment options without pressure. Although I was hesitant at first about the recommended extractions, the pain eventually made it unavoidable. The entire process—from consultation to procedure—was handled with care, patience, and attention to detail. On the day of the procedure, the staff took the time to answer my questions, help me navigate payment options, and make sure I felt safe and informed.
Dr. Sun ensured I was comfortable during the two extractions and plus the dental implant. He went above and beyond to provide dental care and even followed up the next day to check on me—which made me feel truly cared for.
