I came to Airrosti because of some neck pain on one side that I've been having on and off for 2 years (I first noticed it in late spring/early summer of '23). I'm not gonna lie, there was a little pain involved initially as tense and tight muscles were worked on and a battle scar showed up shortly after that first visit (moderate bruising from some pressure points along my arm), but with each visit and subsequent exercises I was feeling better each day (and the battle scar was fading). When I mentioned one of the exercises/stretches was leaving me sore for a bit after, Dr. Wisdom listened to my concerns and gave me an alternative to do. He explained to me clearly using a poster on the wall of the muscles affected, what he would be doing during that visit, and what muscles I needed to either stretch or strengthen during the week. It's so fascinating how everything is connected. Who knew a weak or over used muscle in my arm & my back were adversely affecting my neck? After a the third visit, I informed the doctor that I wanted to work on what I had learned on my own going forward and he didn't push for more appointments, but left the door open for me to come back if I needed. They took my insurance and the upfront payment due was very reasonable and about the average cost of a copay to any other doctor. As of the writing of this review it's been a little over 2 weeks since my last visit and I feel so much better and have more range of motion, with little to no pain, than I have in a while. If/when it flares up I have my exercises in the app that I was taught to help relieve the pain. Thank you for your help Airrosti & Dr. Wisdom.
