I had an amazing foot massage at AGG Massage & Facial Spa! The therapist was skilled and relieved all the tension in my feet. The spa’s relaxing atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you need a great foot massage.

This was the last thing my friends and I wanted to do before we returned to GA Full body massage NEVER hurt so bad. 👎🏽I left in more pain than when I walked in. I’m still hurting very badly the next day. It was difficult to sleep the night of and my car ride back to Georgia was miserable. I feel like I have a permanent crooked in it. 1.) I called on Tuesday and spoke with Tina to schedule the appointments for all 3 of us on Thursday. She asked if we want wanted our massages to be done a the same time to make sure she would have enough masseuses for each of us. About 30 minutes before our appointment they called to confirm if we were still coming. We got there on time and still was asked to wait an additional 20-25 min. It’s UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL to know you have 3 appointments scheduled and don’t have the staff coordinated appropriately in the ample time they were given from the time of was scheduled 2.) the man (Ki) that performed my massage seemed to have walked in like he was upset. I heard the sound of him throwing his keys down, then proceeded to work on me. Did he even wash his hands?!? 😳 I don’t know. He came in smelling like he had smoked a WHOLE pack of cigarettes which made me nauseated. No introduction of any kind whatsoever. He didn’t ask me about the amount of pressure I would like nor did he ever check to see if I was okay during the experience. Every touch from him seems like he was letting out his frustrations on me. It HURT LIKE HELL. Additionally, there was a point where he used the hot stones on my back at first with a sheet layered between my back and the stones. Either those same stones or new be were moved to my shoulders and without warning he put them on my bare skin and burned me. I screamed an he stated those were hot huh sarcastically. 😡 This was the WORSE massage and spa experience I had EVER had. 3.) Then the masseuse had the audacity to stand around waiting on us with the expectation of a tip. BUYER BEWARE. I hope their practices change and they learn the value of professionalism and customer service. I WOULD NOT recommend this massage and spa place to anyone. It’s plenty of other spa choose pick another one.
