Returning to the same practice where I received care as a child has been a full-circle moment, as my children now experience the same level of kindness and dedication I cherished. Dr. Baiser, who was my doctor and also saw my children before his passing (may he RIP), exemplified the heartfelt care that continues to define this practice. Roe consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every visit ends with a smile (and a lollipop!), adding a personal touch that makes each experience delightful. Nurse Practitioner Karla is like an angel sent from heaven—her nurturing and caring demeanor, along with her incredible memory for details about my children, transforms every visit into a warm and reassuring experience. Her bubbly personality instantly relaxes my nervous kids, making them feel seen and heard. Dr. Blair is a phenomenal doctor who addresses our concerns with genuine empathy, and his bedside manner is nothing short of amazing. The support staff always ensures we get appointments promptly and even take the time to hang up my children’s artwork treasures after each visit.
