Read MoreI tried to refer a patient to this location for over one month. They claimed that they never received the faxes that I sent, and when they finally received my fax they never called patient because a "chart" was never created. Once chart was created and they were provided with all patients info, they called patient, and told patient that they could not see them. I have tried calling several times to clarify the mix up, but unable to get through. It should not take this long for a patient to get an appointment, and it should not be this difficulty for patient to get treatment. Will be looking for another place. I really hope this situation is a one time thing, if not, I feel sorry for all the patients who are interested in this office, and for the patients who are currently enrolled with this office.
