It starts with the front desk ladies, who are always smiling, warm, and attentive to detail, the entry area of the office is always clean and tidy, there is plenty of seating, and there is even a secluded area for small children to play and have fun, fully furnished with toys of many types, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back, and the staff member who calls you back, is also smiling and very kind, they always walk with you to your destination, most often asking you how you are doing, and what's been going on in your life, and it doesn't feel like a feigned attempt to be nice. It's feels very genuine, and i believe that to be true.
The procedure area is always clean and comfortable, and the level of care and attention to the patients is unmatched.
On top of that, no matter the reason that made you wind up there, they don't shame you, not in any way have I ever experienced that. I ended up a patient there due to my own bad habits and neglect, things I could and should have done more to prevent, and not one word has ever been said to me that made me feel guilted or shamed.
I know for a fact that the entire staff is of the same quality, however I have only had personal experience with Dr. Poppa, Dr. Fluke, & their assistants; and let me tell you, that these two doctors and their assistants, are world class providers. They're knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and very personable. Dr. Poppa is the most gentle, and thorough in his profession that I've ever met, and Dr. Fluke (also top notch professionally speaking) has an exquisite taste in music, along with being quite hilarious.
TLDR: You should go here, you won't regret it, guaranteed.
