During our consultation, he sat down across from me and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. It might sound funny, but the fact that he sat down instead of standing against the wall meant a lot to me; it showed he wasn’t in a rush and was willing to chat with me for as long as needed. It’s the little things that make a big difference!
The spa itself is adorable and impeccably clean, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. When I returned for my follow-up two weeks later, Dr. Steineck and his team greeted me warmly and applied 4 extra units of Dysport on my strong 11 lines.
