I have been going to Doctor Adatia for over thirty years, even though I have moved about an hour away from his office. He has been knowledgeable and thorough on any ailment I have had. And he has always answered any questions I have had during check ups. I can't recall ever having a concern or questions that he didn't resolve or answer thoroughly.
As some reviewers have pointed out, there can be a wait for your appointment. But when you are with him, he seems to have all the time in the world to help you with your concerns so I feel the wait is well worth it.
My only concern is that he will retire one day and I will have to go see a stranger.

I found Dr Adatia when i searched online for primary care doctors. I noticed he had very high ratings so I convinced my husband to try him out, stating we could always find another doctor if we didn't like him. I will now say that I will never see another doctor again in my life unless Dr Adatia retires, which I hope is no time soon. He is incredible. He cares about his patients, he pulls his chair up in front of you and looks you in the eye so you know it's about you and not the office charge. He spends as much time as he needs to get to the root of your problem. I have never had a doctor more caring that will talk to you about who he is. I urge you if need a great doctor not just a good one, you need Dr Adatia.

I have been seeing Dr.Adatia for over 20 years. Smart,patient,and honest.
I have recomended many friends over the years who wanted a real doctor and not the clinic experience.
Without exception, they have all come to call Doctor Adatia their guy and couldn't be happier!

New Receptionist is not very kind. Short tempered, talks down to everyone. I witnessed these actions several times with patients other than myself. I've been coming to Dr. Adatia for 20 years.

I’m here now. My appointment is at 11. I have not been pulled back. I didn’t receive a reminder call (I know they don’t have to do this which is fine) so I called to verify the time of my appointment. The lady definitely said 11. I get here a few minutes prior and at 11:43 I asked when will I be called and the front desk chick says “oooh he typically runs late but you should be next when a rooms available” no estimated duration, no sense of urgency, and no “a heads up, he’s running late” or when I checked in or called in earlier today they could have said “he runs late” with an estimated time. I understand doctors can run behind but they are 9 minutes shy of an hour behind.
Edit: my review went from 1 star to 3 star due to my service with the provider. His MA wasn’t only a bit rude (she didn’t make eye contact, didn’t apologizing for butchering my name, or even mention anything about pulling me back an hour late) but did not do any hand hygiene, did not properly conduct blood pressure check, and had acrylic nails (she shouldn’t per DOH).
The provider was very pleasant, efficient, and fast.

On hold for 12 minutes to make an appointment. Usual at in lobby is 90 to 120 minutes. Unfortunately this pattern has been going on for years. And only gotten worse. Dr is good. But not worth this.

Scheduled appointments and ALWAYS had to wait at least an hour before seeing the Dr. Practice is not on EHR and it makes accessing medical records basically impossible as staff is often incompetent.
