There were two lovely customer service reps at the desk who promptly greeted and checked me in, and as I arrived early for my appointment I got to see some of the other team members coming back from lunch and seeing their interactions with one another and being happy to be at work was so nice! My intake nurse (I believe her name was Sasha) was amazing as she went over so much of my medical history with me, really taking the time to ascertain ALL of that information was so bewildering and shocking to me in the best way imaginable and she did not miss a beat! Dr. Henrie was so personable, caring, and genuine that it truly made me feel like he was actively listening to my questions and concerns and addressed every single one with me so I left feeling like a million dollars! Josh came into my appointment as well to go over information regarding a continuous glucose monitor and help me install my first one with the app and logging in. The whole experience really was phenomenal and I could not imagine myself being this lucky to get back on top of my health in the new year of 2024 with the assistance of a great medical team! I can honestly say I’ve never looked forward to a doctors appointment until I met Dr. Henrie and his dream team! Thank you all so much!
