As for the massage, imagine being born without hands. Imagine a life of never having or using hands. Now you're in your 50's and you can afford hand transplant surgery. Yes you have hands, but you don't really understand the nuances of using them. You just kind of fumble around, not doing anything particularly well. This is what the experience was like. Maybe she has carpal tunnel? Maybe she saved up and the hands are new to her. Either way, she has no business giving massages.
