I find it curious and wonder why people have to stream facetime of video call with some while trying to get service at a business. The conversation was simply unnecessary. Comments about changing a hairstyle followed by literally 2 minutes of...nothing. Electronic pacifiers, I guess.
But I digress, the Fed-Ex worker kept his calm, found her package and we moved along.

Sweetest gentleman helped us find our packages in no time. My fiance had lost most of his belongings in a trip including his ID but he had his passport and it worked just fine
