Went to the distribution center and was told the package would be delivered at 530pm today. Again, I have been home all day, the driver did not knock on the door and just left a note.
I called customer service, where Dylan Rodgriuez, explained that there is no escalation team for me to discuss this with and they deliver the package at their earliest convenience. The distribution center customer service also explained that there is no manager or supervisor for me to discuss this. It's also important to note that I can't pick up my package at the distribution center because they won't take it off the truck for another week, as their policy is to just keep delivering. The driver, however, will continue to leave a note telling you to drive to the distribution center to pick up hpu fr package.
Save your money, your fuel, and your time; use the US Postal Service, your package will get there in the same amount of time but cost significantly less.
