LaWanda and Trinity were great help this week as I chased a package without a tracking number. I have worked with many FedEx locations as they are my company preferred provider and these ladies were awesome. Great team members!

I had to ship out a return on an incorrect item I purchased for Christmas. I didn't have the box it came in and the kind lady at the desk went out of her way to find one. It was a fast and easy transaction
