Read MoreI have to say that my experience at this FedEx location was phenomenal. After speaking with the general FedEx customer service phone line; I was told to head over to the Mercer location and retrieve my international package that day. Unfortunately, due to the recent holidays and the horrible weather Kentucky has been having, once I arrived at the FedEx location, I was told that there was a bit of back up totaling almost 3 days! My package was in fact not ready for pick up; and the phone FedEx rep had not put in a proper hold request for my package. I hope I get the names right but Johann (pronounced Yoe-Hahn) and the guy that was next to her; walked me through what I needed to do that evening; and the next morning, Johann made the entire process so easy and simple for me to pick up my package. It's not easy working in such a heavy customer oriented environment. However, despite the delays and system mess ups, etc., Johann was so kind, professional and above all else efficient. 5 stars to those two that helped me. You can tell that Johann has a big heart and is doing her absolute best. Kudos to whoever hired her.
