I wish I could give Fedex 0 stars. This service is absolutely so absurd, I have never had issues like this with USPS or UPS but I have an issue with EVERY single fedex delivery on record. Failed delivery attempts when no one contacts me to get the package a t the door. Can't do anything about it. I have called so many times to have a note added to simply call as I live in a building and there's no way for me to just know that I need to come accept the package. Their customer service is useless.
