I was told by a FedEx employee at the 1900 PCH location that the package would return to this Central Holding and Delivery Center first, so I drove over, hoping for the best.
It was 10 minutes before closing, and I expected a long shot. But the two women working that evening (Thursday, May 15, around 8:15 p.m.) were incredibly kind, helpful, and energized despite the late hour. Without hesitation, they located my package in the back and handed it over with such care and warmth—genuinely excited to help me out.
They didn’t just save my trip; they made my day and week. Thank you both so much—I truly appreciate you!
