I just have to share. I order often, and normally UPS delivers. Well, the past probably 10+ times UPS has FAILED at delivering my packages because they were too lazy to get out of the truck and see if my house was the right place to drop the package and they marked it as "not a address" which left me to to drive 30 mins away to go pick it up at their facility. I have been waiting in my package ALL day. I'm laying in bed its 8:25, pouring rain and we are in the middle of a tornado warning and my dogs start barking. What do you know, here is fed ex delivering my package in the pouring rain at 8:25 at night. I'M BEYOND IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!! Way to go guys you are amazing!!!!!

I never really write reviews but today was one of those days, my package for some reason had their address but it was delivered by usps I called fedex I explained what had happened and nothing so o was like let me just drive to the location I went there the 1st lady kept on telling me my package wasn’t there then I hear somebody said is that Brenda I was like yes she was the one that spoke to Fedex customer service lady so I explained to her what happened showed her my phone and everything omg I’m so glad she came out she went beyond what was in her hands to help me and I’m so glad she found my package! Thank you so much Kayla she was so friendly she made me feel so much better since this was my second package lost in the last two days!
