They had told me that it wasn’t going to make it out that night because it had to be inspected first, and when I told them how important it was to get this milk sent out for my baby, each and every employee, especially Jess, did absolutely whatever they could to get my milk shipped out that night.
I was in tears on the way home thinking about all they did to help me. It was the true definition of charity.
