I missed the delivery of a special birthday cake this afternoon (while I was at work), and the app said delivery would be re-attempted on Monday. I was so sad! I called Customer Service, and a sweet gal was able to let me pick it up at this location after 7. The staff at the counter were really kind. Unasked, they went an extra mile to call the delivery driver, who was running behind and might not make the 8pm cutoff. A few minutes before 8, one went back and intercepted the driver as he came in. My boyfriend and I could hear them working frantically in the back warehouse area. Finally, there it was! I thanked them profusely. They wished me a happy birthday, and then closed the counter. What a really WONDERFUL group of people! Thank you guys so much! 😁
