Waited all day at my house for this delivery and I get a notification later saying we tried to make a delivery but no one was home, yea okay…… so I asked them to put it on hold at another location so I could just pick it up myself. After waiting and calling this center no one wanted to answer the phone. So I just called customer support and they told me the package is at the destination waiting for pickup. As I looked at the tracking it says still at the center and hasn’t left yet. Would have been a lot more easier if someone could do their job, right….. overall terrible experience, drivers couldn’t make a simple delivery to a house, it’s not that hard not like I live in a apartment complex, it’s very simple just look up the house and boom you get direction right to to it, how did you miss it?😂 than to say you attempted to make a delivery when ive been home all day and didnt see not a single fedex truck, driver misy be mentally stupid or lazy or both. 0/10
