Honestly I was really happy to have a Walgreens nearby however after today I will not be going here anymore. I had a fedex package that was time sensitive that needed to be sent out last night, overnight. I dropped it off at 4:30pm. Latest drop off pick up here is at 6pm. I called because I did not receive any updates on my tracking number. They told me to call back at 10. Fine I called back at 10pm and the two girls Amaniah and I didn’t get the other ones name were constantly putting me on hold or hanging up. When they did pick up, they stated it was picked up, and when I asked for confirmation, they said wait hold on then click. I drove down there and asked kindly if it was sent out. She got the package from inside and said no and that it would be sent out tomorrow (today) at 6pm. I clearly paid for it to be sent out overnight with priority express. Absolutely ridiculous.
