There was no response to my email (see below).
A surprise unexplained extra charge on the shipping rate is not acceptable.

FedEx Customer Service,
I accurately measured the package noted for L x W x H and I posted the package as 25lbs of weight (it was actually 23lbs, but I rounded up to ensure any scale fluctuations).
Your rate change states no details of why the rate is higher than what was quoted from the fedex website. I kindly ask for the details and reasoning of why there is a rate increase?
Please respond in 24 hours of this email, as I believe there should be no additional charge for my services.
I will reattempt with additional emails/etc. for resolution in 2 days if this matter is not resolved. I suppose by contacting the Fedex/Walgreens website and specific location as necessary as I kindly asked that I not be billed additional charges.
