You have to go into the store with your package go to the photo department and they will call someone over to scan your package in. I’ve dropped off here many times. You give them your telephone number and they will send you tracking after they accept your package. Others that left reviews must be pulling up to the front not seeing a drop off box and leaving…you have to go inside during business hours!
