Unbelievable. All I wanted to do was speak to a human about dropping off a package. No matter what you do, the automated phone service will not allow this and eventually hangs up on you. NOT HELPFUL!

Web site said they were open until 6pm. I was there at 4pm & they were closed up with no store hours visibly posted. Nobody around anywhere. Definitely not a good experience
