I went with a friend to ship out 12 packages at FedEx, and right from the start, Jen made the experience a good one. She welcomed us with a big smile and carried on a friendly conversation the entire time she worked on our order. It wasn’t rushed—it was personable, and that makes all the difference.
These weren’t light packages either—they were book boxes, and each one had some weight to it. Not once did Jen complain or act bothered. Instead, she stayed cheerful and made it feel like we weren’t a hassle at all. That kind of attitude says a lot about someone’s dedication to their work and how much they value their customers.
