Gordon and Fernando have been helping me for years, and they are professional, polite and incredibly helpful. For example, I needed a package to arrive on a specific date, and Gordon suggested a 'date certain' option. He also cut a box down which reduced shipping cost but still kept the package secure. FedEx in general has delivered my packages 100% on time, securely and safely. I opened an account a few years ago and that also saves me money on every shipment.
