She also was polite in her hang-up (I come from the north East and have noticed the courtesy level of the end of phone calls within Mid-Western businesses are rushed, tone of voice change and not well mannered regarding saying the word "Bye" or "Thank you" or "Have a great day" ) This woman, was very nice and had great customer service. When I walked in, I was greeted from afar by an employee, who took a second out of his time to greet me, then continue'd on with helping the current customer he was with. He did this in a manner that was not overbearing and polite to both me and the customer whom he was with.
