First, the bad. I assume that all FedEx stores have the same rates. NO SO.
This location is special. Watch out for the additional fee $15 for the right to pay to use their service. Must be some sort of hotel surcharge. But to pay an unexpected $15 on a $20 shipping of a box. Hey, it's 75% ghost fee.
If I had been staying at the hotel, I might not have though much of it as it would have cost more to go to another location.
But I paid to travel to this location, unaware of this fee. I could have gone to any location.
Which gets to the point. It needs to be disclosed, prominently in the search results. No surprises.
On the other hand, the staff was great, friendly and efficient.
