1. I find the staff to always be helpful. The moment I walk in, they are asking me what I need. I appreciate that.
2. It is always very clean, and it is laid out well.
3. I just placed an online order for the first time. Easy peasy! You can sign up for text alerts too. They had my order ready in 8 minutes!
The associate who helped me was great! She had dark hair (I didn't look for a tag-- I will find out) had a great attitude, was very helpful. She showed me where I could find the items in the store next time. I had spoken to her on the phone as well and had the same experience. How one is treated is important. I will come back because of that. CVS is lucky to have her as an employee, I hope they pay her accordingly. If I had a business, I would want her working for me.
4. Problem.....that phone system!!!! OMG! THAT is a liability! It is so annoying. Try to talk to a person. Pharmacy, might be easier.
What I learned... If you want to talk to someone in the store (not the pharmacy),
1. Ask for "front store".
2. Ask to speak to the manager.
5. I appreciate the store has extended their hours to 10 pm (Pharmacy 8 pm). The 8 pm closing was not working for me.
