CVS Springfield

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience yesterday! I picked up a specialty prescription from another pharmacy that day, but they did not have the injection pen I needed in order to administer the medication. I called three other specialty pharmacies in and around the area, and was told the same thing - I could only get one from my doctor’s office (which is two and a half hours away). I didn’t know what to do, especially since I was supposed to start the medicine that night. In a last-ditch effort, I stopped by CVS to see if they could recommend a substitute injector that might possibly work. The pharmacist (Stephanie) had me bring her the medicine so she could examine the vial and the needles included, and she not only figured out a general syringe that would work, but did the math for me so I’d know exactly how much to put in the syringe to equate to the number of units my doctor wanted me to take. She was an absolute godsend, in that moment. No one else took the time to figure out how to help me, except her - and she didn’t even technically have an obligation to help me, since I didn’t get the medicine from her pharmacy. And sure enough, when I took the medicine last night, her solution worked perfectly. It makes me want to switch my other medications to CVS, if that’s how they all take care of their patients! I ended up going through the drive-thru after the fact, just so I could get her name to include in this customer review. She deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service she provided. So thank you, Stephanie, for making a difference yesterday. I am so incredibly grateful to you!

I love Cvs pharmacy Staff I have NEVER had a bad experience with them they make sure before you leave that you fully understand why your taking the medications, and how to take it and if by chance their out of stock they will call another right then or look onlime to find out what store does! I can't even see myself going anywhere else❤

I had a little trouble obtaining medications due to my lack of knowledge & a little forgetfulness. Over the course of 13 days Monique working the drive thru window in the pharmacy she showed an enormous amount of patients , and great deal of professionalism, and even helped educate me on the miscommunication while still showing great hospitality, the error fell on my end, switching doctors . She was very caring and persistent while assisting me to my solution. Thank You , Monique.

I forgot to get his name, but the middle aged man at the cashier (he might me a manager), he is always SO kind when I come in. Top notch customer service!!! He’s so sweet and so kind! You would never know anything bad in the world is going on when you see and talk to him. CVS, he’s a keeper! :)

This CVS pharmacy is amazing. Being in the medical district makes them extremely busy. Having MS makes me frequent this business, Some of the pharmacy technicians have even recognized me coming in. Dealing with the tons of prescriptions I was completely shocked by this. Everyone there is extremely friendly and simply amazing, they will stop what they are doing to answer your questions. This will always be the pharmacy I use.

Had everything I needed that day on the shelves after leaving the hospital. Associates where very helpful in answering my questions at that time. My phone was dead and even though they are not suppose to, let me make a call to be picked up. Located by MMC and not far from downtown state buildings.
