CVS Pharmacy y más in Dallas

This review is not for CVS the store it is for CVS pharmacy. Specifically an employee that was there when I went to pick up a few prescriptions today, May 20, 2024 around 6:15 PM.She was a short Latina female with curly wavy hair. She was very unprofessional very rude to customers would not even allow me nor to others finish a question and she would answer by nodding her head continuously. The two people before me were both elderly men, and she had no respect for them whatsoever. Brother, she is having a bad day or somebody else upset her or a personal problem. She still should not have been that way towards us. I can only imagine how she’s been the rest of the day and how she will be for the continuous hours of her being there. What I’m assuming is her boss was very polite very professional spoke in an amazingly manner. She was terrific, and I would rather do my pick ups with her, but I know that she was really busy when I had gotten there. She only helped me because the rude young lady had said she needed something due to my prescription so she helped me out. As for the young lady, I hope someone speaks to her and tells her how she needs to treat the customers and speak to them correctly. They have classes that you can actually take and it will teach you to speak correctly to people and not be rude or come off rude the way that she is. My closest CVS has closed, but I will move my CVS to a different location.If you go to this pharmacy, avoid the small Latin female woman who seems angry at the world

Carlos, the pharmacist is always so kind, thoughtful and helpful. He always provides excellent customer service and always does with a smile. I love coming to this CVS Y MAS because of this excellent service I receive. In addition, the staff inside have always proven helpful when I go inside and I'm looking for something. However, Carlos always goes above and beyond by helping me look for the item if I am unable to find it and is always so pleasant at drive-thru.

This is the best CVS I have gone to this far! All of the employees, including the pharmacy workers are super friendly, well-spoken, and attentive. The atmosphere is awesome and comfortable. The whole store is very modern, beautiful, and extremely clean. The parking lot is very big, spacious, and functional. Highly recommended this CVS!
