Fast friendly service. Drive thru had 5 cars so i went inside at first glance I thought there was six people in line but they were there for consultation there was actually only one person in front of me I was in and out in no time

CVS Pharmacy has become my go-to choice for prescriptions and other healthcare needs, and it’s easy to see why. Over the years, I’ve consistently experienced exceptional service from a staff that goes above and beyond to help customers. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to assist have made CVS my favorite pharmacy. One aspect that stands out is how well the team handles difficult situations. I recently witnessed a customer being incredibly rude to an employee. Instead of letting the situation escalate, the staff member remained calm, polite, and professional, diffusing the tension with grace. It was a testament to their excellent training and dedication to customer service. The pharmacists and techs are always knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions about medications or health concerns with clarity and patience. Whether it’s offering advice, clarifying a prescription, or helping find an over-the-counter product, they consistently provide thoughtful and personalized assistance. The store itself is also a plus—clean, organized, and stocked with a wide variety of health, beauty, and household products. It’s clear that CVS prioritizes creating a welcoming and convenient environment for its customers. Unfortunately, the hard work and effort of these employees often go unrecognized, as pharmacy staff frequently deal with stress and demanding situations. It’s important to acknowledge their contributions to ensuring our health and well-being. In short, CVS Pharmacy is a dependable and customer-focused establishment that has earned my trust and loyalty over the years.

It is about the only 24 hour store in the area that is not a gas station. After the pandemic, all of the other groceries and drug stores went to limited hours and never came back from it. I go here multiple times a week because it is the only place open and it is also the only thing of its kind of the West End of Jeffersonville. The staff is amazing! Lee is one of my favorite cashiers, and has worked there for a while. The store is very clean and well run. They almost always have what I came for. Thank you for being such a great place to shop!
