Heidi was a great help to me today. She took time to check ✔️ the shelf for an item that I needed to purchase. I needed twenty *20* of this particular item. Heidi was able to put the items away for me until I got there, without hesitation. Workers like Heidi need to be acknowledged. She went above and beyond. Thank you Heidi Kim D

Pharmacist just doesn't want to fill the med when she is busy. She's the only one that has done this to me.. and she's done it twice. I get a notification text from CVS saying that my prescription is ready to be filled.. I go to The pharmacy to fill it.. she goes in the computer and then says nope you can't feel it till tomorrow. Even though the text says I can. Even those my insurance will pay for it. So then I said well why did you send me a text again telling you I could. She said well insurance won't cover it until tomorrow I said that's fine I'll pay the $30 I'm going away so she then persists to tell me that nope she can't do that I can't I have to use my health insurance! Well that's a lie! Because you do not have to pay for your prescriptions with your health insurance if you do not want to. So basically because she didn't feel like doing her job and filling my prescription she just held it. She's done this twice. Problem is with CVS is there's no management no corporate no one to call when this happens The CVS on North Street is awful It is always something. The pharmacist basically just do what they want to do because they're under no management no rules they make up their own laws. And it's ridiculous. See photos of the text from CVS telling me to come and pick up my prescription. Then see the photo of the text the pharmacist sent me after she felt like she didn't want to feel my prescription. And then see the text and the screenshot of Massachusetts state laws about health insurance. Because she then lied straight to my face. It's ridiculous somebody needs to do something shut that place down.

I lost my prescription meds on my way to Cape Cod. I walked into this pharmacy for help and they provided it. At first the insurance company denied the short term supply, but the pharmacist and phar tech worked around it. They contacted my home pharmacy to get the prescriptions to get them transferred to this pharmacy and they filled my prescriptions even though they were about to close. They also made sure I knew what I needed to do when I got home to avoid refill problems. I sincerely appreciated the fact they went above and beyond for what they knew was a one time customer.

This pharmacy is supposed to open at 9 am. First to arrive was the pharmacist who came in around 9:10, unlocked the cage, turned the lights on behind the counter, opened up the registers. Then 2 more pharmacy workers came rushing in with their jackets on - are they on flex time? The irritating thing was that none of the three late workers, including the pharmacist, offered an apology to the 3 of us customers who had obviously been standing around waiting. Forgive me if this were a single time that this happened. I am only visiting the Cape this week, so it was my first time at this CVS... This lateness on the part of CVS's pharmacy staff this morning came off as no-big-deal in the minds of the late workers themselves, and as a CVS in need of better management. Finally, when they finally waited on us 3 waiting customers, there were problems with the prescriptions for every one of us customers. We still had to wait around together.

The North Street CVS is convenient to me anywhere I happen to be in or around Hyannis, MA. Its store clerks are friendly, courteous,, intelligent (well informed), and exceedingly helpful. I pick up my prescriptions there and I do most of my personal healthcare purchases at the North Street CVS in Hyannis. Thank you, CVS for good service to our community. This place is woefully understaffed, kind of dirty, has a really long line, and has a good chance of not having your prescription ready!! I agree with all of the one star reviews, and no one should ever willingly have their prescription sent to this Pharmacy if they have options. However, I would like to give a shout out to the really pleasant young lady who was working this afternoon. She was professional, calm, and was doing a really nice job.

Showed up at 8:45am to be there when they opened pharmacy at 9am. At 10 past 9 I asked employee standing in area if they had an issue opening , was directed to small hand printed sign next to a trash can stating new Saturday hours began at 10.am. Ok. So I waited. At 10 past 10 different employee began unlocking area but couldn’t find correct keys so now a long line of people just had to continue waiting. Pathetic approach at business. Will be transferring prescriptions. Avoid at all cost
