I've been going to this CVS location due to it's proximity of where I lived. But I did move recently (further away) and I prefer this location due to several factors.
The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are all great. Great customer service, they're polite and helpful! Some people have issues but an example was a manufacturer no longer produced a certain dosage. One tech suggested calling the doctor and have it re-written. Did the tech have to do that? No, but she went above and beyond. Was it annoying? Sure but it was not the staff fault.
I'd rather come to this location because I know the staff and they are fantastic! Yes, sometimes issues happen but most of the time it is insurance, a doctor, or a prior authorization problem. It's unfair to blame the pharmacist. Yes, it can get busy but have patience and you'll be happy you did wait! Even when busy they operate efficiently and the wait times are never extreme ~5 minutes when busy? Perhaps more during peak times but they work hard and deserve more credit!
