CVS Coral Springs

The worst attitude I have ever experienced. CVS please note the young lady working the register at 6:30 pm on 10/13/2024 should be terminated. I used self-checkout and my coupon wouldn’t scan. I pressed the “I Need Help” button. Her attitude was in full effect when it became apparent she was going to have to come over to help. I told her my coupon wouldn’t scan to which her suggestion was try to scan it. Gee why didn’t I think of that. Nope still won’t scan. She said nothing, canceled my transaction, printed something, and left for her register. I guess I should follow… ok so back at her register she tries to scan it. She said it won’t work because you ripped it. I said that’s not how barcodes work. She said the whole thing has to be perfect. I said no that’s how QR codes work, barcodes you just need one row across which there was plenty of barcode. In any event it wasn’t expired and I asked if she could manually enter it. She said no part of the code was missing. I asked if she could do some kind of override. She said no. She asked if I wanted the manager. I said yes. She disappeared. About a minute or 2 later she came back and said she couldn’t do anything it was my fault. I said wow the manager couldn’t be bothered to come up here and tell me? She said no, not for a customer like you. What does that mean? I told her she should work on customer service being in the customer service industry and she said have a nice day. This is it. This is the workforce.

Rafi the pharmacist at this location is a unique, hardworking individual that works extremely hard to ensure the entire back end of the store flows. Not only did he quickly resolve an insurance issue that would have delayed me in obtaining my heart medication for 9 days, he did it with a smile. CVS, Rafi is an asset you can't loose, make sure he gets the raises he deserves or it will cost you more than dollars $ .

The woman checking me out was the sweetest person ever, super helpful with the coupons, and so friendly, even complimented me and made my day! The purple haired woman was also nice and unlocked some Abreva for me super quickly and she was friendly as well. Super happy to have such great help.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Ordered phenobarbital for my epileptic dog over a week ago and they keep delaying the order. My dogs life is in danger because of this stupid pharmacy! I am furious. I’m contacting the corporate headquarters. My dog hasn’t had a seizure in six months and now they are starting over again because of this incompetent pharmacy.

It would take too long to write all of the horrible aspects of this pharmacy. Stay away. Get your prescriptions from anywhere else. The auto refills, wait times inside and the drive thru, abysmal phone system, customer service, etc are the worst I've ever dealt with. I regularly run out of medication for lack of wanting to deal with this store. Every month I tell myself I'm going to switch and forget. Just gave up and hung up the phone after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes. Setting a calendar alert for tomorrow to transfer everything to Publix. Not sure I've ever written a review before for any business but this is long overdue.

Would give negative stars if I can. Staff at this pharmacy seems they dont want to be there. No customer service quality what so ever. Walked in to get BP medicine while I was on vacation, they refused to help me and couldn’t find renewed prescription. Told me they will check and made me wait. After 30 minutes, while they saw me waiting, told me they never told me to wait. This was the last time I ever walked into this CVS. They have many times misplaced, overcharged or charged to wrong insurance our prescriptions. I then went across to CVS on Sample and Coral Springs Dr. They were true professionals , courteous and polite. Quickly found my renewal and and got my meds. Avoid this pharmacy at Coral Ridge Drive at all costs.

Changing my medication back to Publix. Pharmacy takes too long to get through the lines. I'm not sure if they realize, but anywhere the public goes to get their medication, the medicine is the same, its the service that brings you back. At publix, there are zero lines, they know how to do their job and you get your medication extremely fast. I loose my patience each time I go to CVS. The drive through can take 20 minutes and you may be the second car in line. Almost like they ignore the drive through. What is CVS Pharmacy without its Pharmacy, they should try to make this work.

This pharmacy is understaffed. I asked the store manager if she could email the corporate office to ask if they could hire more employees. She told me it won’t do any good. I explained there is long lines in the drive through and I waited up to 30 minutes to drop off a prescription. Because the staff are so short staffed and under pressure they are dismissive and rude. Terrible customer service. I asked the Pharmacy tech if I could wait for my prescription and she answered “no” it will take her at least an hour. If feel the correct response would be “yes” but it will take an hour. They are frequently out of stock of medications also and take a week to be ordered. If you want to feel as though you are an annoyance and an inconvenience then go here. Otherwise go elsewhere.

Well that makes me warm and fuzzy inside .People make businesses thrive with human interaction. But best of luck to CVS as they have lost all my business moving forward and i will be sharing my experience with all my neighbors at the pool at heron bay

Customer service is awful. Ridiculously long hold times for the pharmacy, and they can't seem to get the details correct. I''ve been assured that my meds would be automatically refilled and mailed, only to have to call every month. I've also been told my meds would be filled for a 90 day supply multiple times with no success. Bad service seems to be a corporate policy because they tell you to call the 800 number for account issues which never get resolved either.

I came into this CVS located at "the shoppes at Heron Lakes" at 5:30p tonight (Sunday). I had looked up the closing time on Google and it said 10p, but just to verify, when I walked into the store, I asked one of the sales people at what time the store closes, and he verified "10p". I came with the main reason to get my daughter important medication that she needs for tomorrow morning. I proceeded to buy a few other things I needed, knowing I had plenty of time. I saw from across the store that they were pulling down the shades around the pharmacy. I looked at my phone and it was 6:04P. There were 4 people in the pharmacy there, right on the other side. I said "I thought they were open until 10P since that is what I was told." They said "no, we are closed." I said "but it has only been 4 minutes and I didn't know. I really need this medicine for my daughter." (it is a medicine that cannot be transferred to another pharmacy). They said "well, it's too late now, we're sorry." I expressed the urgency and started to cry my eyes out because I was so upset. They just looked away and then started laughing. They were still all standing there when I left and could have easily helped me for my 7 year old daughter with Autism, but they chose not to. Now she will be late for school tomorrow for something that could have easily been resolved. The people at this pharmacy have always been a bit rude, absolutely nothing like those who work at Walgreens down the street. But this was not just rude...it was exceptionally cruel and unnecessary. I was told by CVS that they were open until 10p and not given any indication that the pharmacy closes earlier. The pharmacy employees could have helped me but chose not to. I do NOT recommend this store whatsoever. They should feel ashamed and embarrassed. Highly unprofessional.

All I needed was to cancel the prescription because it was sent there accidentally from my doctor. Another instance I needed my baby prescription to be filled, they waited until I got there to tell me that they don’t have it and they need to transfer it to another pharmacy. Completely wasted my time when I could have just gone to the other pharmacy location and picked it up. Absolutely horrible service, forget about calling and speaking to someone if it’s truly an emergency!

The staff especially in the pharmacy are all so rude, so slow, no regard to urgency, etc. the pharmacist including his staff were in the middle of a personal conversation while I waited just to simply drop off a prescription. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in any pharmacy in any state across the country!!!!!! Whoever manages this pharmacy needs to be fired!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff does not care and rude. I call to fill a script on hold for 30 minuets then I drove there. When I went to the pharmacy still on hold I asked if their phone system was working and they said yes it was working just fine. So I proceeded to show the pharmacist there that I was still on hold at this time it was 47 minutes and they still said their phone system was working while I am showing them that I am still on hold for 47 minutes. They accuse me of my phone not working but clearly I kept hearing the message new phone call new phone call the desk..I will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again
