I walked into CVS around 2:33 PM on May 15, a bit nervous after-lunch shifts at any place can be hit or miss, especially when it’s busy. But what I experienced completely restored my faith in great customer service.
From the moment I reached the pharmacy counter, Kelsi greeted me with a warm smile and handled my situation with calmness and efficiency. I was feeling frazzled because one of my medications wasn’t on hold as expected, but her professional and reassuring demeanor instantly put me at ease.
Then came R Jay, who went above and beyond. He didn’t just offer sympathy he actually called another pharmacy on my behalf. That level of kindness is rare. He even followed up with another call trying to transfer my prescription, showing true dedication. Although I ultimately decided to handle it myself, I was incredibly touched by his effort and patience during the long wait.
Later, when I called back to have my medication filled, Anton returned my call in less than 10 minutes. That kind of promptness and attention is exactly what outstanding service looks like.
This was my very first interaction with this CVS pharmacy team, and I have to say I’m blown away. After a rough week filled with poor customer service experiences elsewhere, this team’s cheerful professionalism truly reminded me that kindness and care still exist in the world.
